The Connecticut Community Associations Institute legal and legislative symposium is scheduled for Oct. 23 in Stratford at Oronoque Village, 600 North Trail.

Cost is $50 for CAI members and $75 for all others.

“Our professionals will present an array of timely topics which include: Our panel of legal experts will cover topics such as: implementing smoke free policies, dealing with problem people, what to do when the board is sued, how to take out a capital loan, records inspection policies best practices for all of your contracts and so much!,” says the CAI.
