A member of the Board has tenants that have had to police incidents where police have raided the property and arrested one of the occupants of the property. the attorney the service condo said it was a conflict of interest for him to serve as the treasurer. He did resign as treasurer but refuse to resign from the board all together. The new president resigned because there was no “togetherness” about this issue with other board members who seem to be in on this issue. I think there is an ethical and integrity issue here. Can you suggest a course of action?
